If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, OxyRevo will provide replacement parts free of charge, along with step-by-step repair guidance through pictures and videos. Shipping 

From the time your order is placed, you can expect to receive your chamber in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Here is what that timeline looks like:

Production and Quality Testing — 2 to 3 weeks. Every chamber is individually tested by our team before it leaves the facility to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Shipping and Transit — 2 to 3 weeks for international transit to the United States.

Once your chamber has shipped you will receive vessel tracking information so you can follow its journey across the ocean. After it arrives in the US and clears customs, a truck delivery tracking number will be provided and the delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient drop-off date and time.

Standard Curbside Delivery — Included at No Charge The freight carrier delivers the crated chamber to your location and unloads it at the curb. From there you would be responsible for uncrating and moving the chamber into your space.

White Glove Delivery — Full Service Sit back and let us handle everything. Our White Glove team manages the entire process from offloading and uncrating to moving the chamber into place, walking you through how to use it, and cleaning up when we are done. This is the option we recommend for most customers, especially for basement installations or tight spaces.
