5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. When placed outside, You must protect it (roof panel or waterproof cover).  If you don't, any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Free Shipping (48 Contiguous States)

Curbside delivery ships via freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day and time (Monday–Friday) with a 4-hour delivery window.

They will not deliver without first speaking with you. Shipping times are approximate and may change due to environmental conditions, transit delays, or carrier availability. Last-minute scheduling changes can occur, and are outside of our control, as the delivery process is managed by the carrier. The sauna will be delivered in one or more boxes, depending on the model, and all boxes will be secured to a pallet. All saunas are delivered via a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery concerns (such as remote areas, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, please inspect the boxes immediately for any damage. Be sure to note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes at that time. The freight company may deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway when possible. Please review the box dimensions to ensure they will fit through your doorway.

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on the model. Assembly instructions are included with the sauna.
