Unlike the Echo H2 and Echo Ultimate which include their own built-in filtration, the Echo Flow is designed to work downstream of your existing water filtration setup. Your water is already clean and purified before it reaches the Echo Flow, which then focuses exclusively on one thing — infusing it with molecular hydrogen using the proprietary Echo Hydrogen Module technology. The result is hydrogen-enriched water with up to 1.21 ppm of dissolved hydrogen and a negative ORP of up to -500mV, delivered at a flow rate of up to 1.2 liters per minute — enough to supply an entire household without any waiting or storing.

Because the Echo Flow is filterless it requires virtually no ongoing maintenance beyond the machine itself. There are no filter cartridges to track, replace, or purchase — your existing filtration system handles all of that. This makes the Echo Flow an ideal long-term solution for health-conscious families who want the benefits of hydrogen water woven into every part of their daily routine without adding complexity to their kitchen setup.

The unit is remarkably compact at just 9.5 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 3.5 inches deep, and weighs only 3.85 lbs, making it easy to fit in even the tightest under-sink cabinet. Installation requires a standard electrical outlet, a connection to your existing filtration system with a minimum water pressure of 10 psi, and a dedicated faucet hole in your countertop or sink. The Echo Flow comes with the Echo RO/Server Faucet and is also compatible with many third-party faucets if you prefer an alternative finish. Many kitchen sinks already have a pre-drilled accessory hole — if yours does not, a countertop professional can drill one quickly and affordably.

Please note the Echo Flow requires pre-filtration via an existing reverse osmosis or whole-house filtration system. It is not designed to be used with unfiltered tap water directly. If you do not currently have a filtration system in place we recommend pairing it with the Echo Reverse Osmosis system, available separately on our site.
