The Dynamic Cold Therapy Cuboid Cold Plunge features a fill and drain valve that conveniently connects to a standard outdoor hose. To fill, simply attach a hose to the valve and fill to the desired level. To drain, unplug the unit, attach a hose, and direct the water to your desired location. With the exception of the chiller, all components of the plunge bath are fully waterproof. While the chiller is designed to operate in moist environments, we recommend protecting your chiller if you plan to use your plunge exclusively outdoors. The pump is designed for continuous 24/7 operation, and the chiller is self-regulating, activating as needed to maintain your desired water temperature. Quick-connect fittings make all components easily replaceable, allowing you to conveniently service the plunge yourself if any repairs are needed over time. The Cuboid's rectangular design provides a natural, flat-bottomed soaking position ideal for full body immersion including the legs and feet, making it particularly well suited for post-workout recovery and contrast therapy sessions.

Care and Maintenance

Keeping your Dynamic Cold Therapy Cuboid 304 Stainless Steel Cold Plunge clean and properly maintained will extend the life of your tub and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience every session. Follow these simple guidelines:

Water Chemistry To ensure the longevity of your plunge and preserve its utilities, manage the water's pH and alkalinity to prevent corrosion. Test your water regularly and add pH increase or decrease and alkalinity increase or decrease products as needed. Maintain pH levels within the recommended range of 7.2 to 7.8 to prevent skin and eye irritation and ensure the effectiveness of your sanitizing agents.

Sanitation The ozone sanitation system is included with the optional chiller unit and activates on a timer to help keep water clean and clear between sessions. Customers purchasing the tub only will need to manage water sanitation independently using their preferred method.

Filtration Replace filter cartridges every 4 weeks or as needed based on usage frequency. Check the filter regularly — if it appears discolored or the flow rate has decreased, it is time for a replacement. Affordable replacement filters are available on the Dynamic Cold Therapy Amazon storefront.

Water Replacement Replace water every 2 to 4 weeks depending on frequency of use and water conditions. Replace immediately if water becomes cloudy or discolored. While occasional full drainage and refilling is recommended, consistent sanitation and filtration maintenance will extend the time between full water changes.

General Use Tips Shower or rinse off before entering the tub to remove oils, lotions, and other substances that can contaminate the water. Keep food and drinks away from the tub area to prevent accidental spills and contamination. Always replace the cover with safety latches secured when the tub is not in use. If using the chiller outdoors, protect it from direct sunlight as exposure to high ambient temperatures can affect performance. The nano-coating on the stainless steel interior is designed for long-term durability — avoid abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemical cleaners on the interior surface to preserve the coating.

Shipping:

Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will ship out of our warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.

You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

The Dynamic Cold Plunge will be delivered in crates of or boxes on pallets. Our Dynamic Cold Plunge are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the crate or pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.

Once the driver has unloaded the create or pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the crate or boxes to inspect the Dynamic Cold Plunge . Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).
